The entire North + Rose candle collection is carefully crafted with the finest, high-quality ingredients. We use 100% natural soy wax, clean and fine fragrance oils free of carcinogens, mutagens, parabens & phthalates to ensure a clean and sustainable burn, and sustainable FSC-certified wooden wicks. This scent is CMR Free.

- HOW TO USE -
First Burn:
Allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface. This ensures an even burn and prevents tunneling. This may take up to 2 hours.
Wick Care:
Before each use, trim the wooden wick to approximately 1/8". You can gently pinch off the burnt edges with your fingers once the candle has cooled or use a wick trimmer for precision.
Burn Time:
For best results, burn your candle for no more than 3-4 hours at a time. This helps to maintain the candle’s quality and prevent overheating.
Extinguishing the Flame:
To safely extinguish the candle, gently blow it out or use a snuffer. Avoid blowing too hard to prevent wax splatter.
When to Stop Burning:
Discontinue use when about 1/2" of wax remains at the bottom of the container. This helps to protect the jar from overheating or cracking.
Safety Tips:
Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

All purchases from North + Rose are final sale, except for items damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@northandrose.ca with your name, order number, and photos of the damage.

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150; $15 flat rate for others. Delivery in 2-10 business days.
USA: Same rates and timelines as Canada.
Pickup: Available at our store (18 Allan St Carleton Place, ON) or at our home in Stittsville, ON K2S 1M4. We’ll email you to schedule a pick up date.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
