SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out within 2 business days.
- We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Currently only shipping to Canada and the United States due to COVID.
- All orders are shipped via CanadaPost.
- Any issues with orders to be shipped to the United States, please contact us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the shipping cost of your order exceeds rates calculated, customer will be notified within 24 hours and is responsible for additional cost.
- All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item is no longer available.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise may only be exchanged for another item or store credit.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- All Sale Items, Apothecary Items, and Intimate Apparel are final sale.
- Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.
- International sales are subject to duty.
