SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Please note our exchange policy:
- Merchandise can be exchanged for another item or store gift cards/credit ONLY
- Merchandise can be exchanged or returned (as above) up to 10 days after purchase date with proof of purchase
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached, face/body products are final sale
- No cash or credit card refunds will be offered
- Gift cards can be redeemed in store and through our online store
- Shipping and Handling will not be refunded
- International sales are subject to duty

ALL SALE items, swim wear, undies & bodysuits are FINAL SALE.

Shipping:
- Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out within 2 business days.
- We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

- All orders are shipped via CanadaPost.
- If the shipping cost of your order exceeds rates calculated, customer will be notified within 24 hours and is responsible for additional cost
- All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item is no longer available
